Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Late payments may incur fees or service suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content created by Perri Digital Marketing remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated.

We retain the right to use work for promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Perri Digital Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Nevada, USA.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
